Returns & Refunds policy

At theBschooler, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. If you are not satisfied with our course, you are entitled to cancel your enrollment within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of enrollment.

  • A refund cannot be claimed if you have attended two or more classes (live or recorded sessions).

  • Refund requests must be made through a clear written statement via email to support@theBschooler.com.

  • The refund will be processed within 30 days from the approval of the request, using the same payment method you used during enrollment. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • If you have attended two or more live or recorded classes.

  • If you have accessed or downloaded substantial course materials.

  • If you have received any one-on-one mentorship, mock tests, or exclusive resources included in the course.

  • If the refund request is made after 30 days from the date of enrollment.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision at our sole discretion.
